About

Precision ceramic components, made to your drawing

King Ceramics supplies custom precision ceramic components for equipment builders, semiconductor and electronics manufacturers, fluid-handling and pump makers, and industrial OEMs. We work to your print: send a drawing, a 3D model, or a sample part, and we will confirm material selection, achievable tolerances, and lead time before you commit to an order.

What we make

Our production covers the part families that ceramic is chosen for — wear, heat, corrosion, electrical isolation, and dimensional stability:

  • Ceramic nozzles — spray, dispensing and atomising nozzles with orifice control down to ±0.005 mm
  • Ceramic rods and pins — ground to ±0.002 mm on diameter, straightness to 0.02 mm per 100 mm
  • Ceramic tubes and sleeves — insulating sleeves, thermocouple protection, furnace and burner tubes
  • Ceramic plates and discs — lapping plates, insulators, wear plates, fixture bases
  • Ceramic substrates — alumina and aluminium-nitride substrates for power electronics and thermal management
  • Ceramic plungers and pistons — metering pump and high-pressure pump components
  • Ceramic bushings and seal rings — shaft sleeves, bearing bushes, mechanical seal faces
  • Wafer-handling ceramic parts — end effectors, arms, forks and chucks for semiconductor tools
  • Custom precision ceramic parts — anything that needs a ceramic solution and a machined, ground or lapped finish

Materials we process

We routinely machine and finish alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminium nitride, machinable glass ceramic, fused silica, mullite, titania, magnesia and hafnia ceramics. If your application needs a grade that is not listed, tell us the operating temperature, medium and mechanical load and we will recommend one.

How we work

  1. Enquiry — you send the drawing or sample, with quantity and application conditions.
  2. Engineering review — we confirm material, tolerances, surface finish and feasible manufacturing route, and flag any feature that is risky or costly to produce.
  3. Quotation — clear unit price, tooling cost if any, and lead time.
  4. Production and inspection — parts are produced to the agreed route and inspected before release.
  5. Delivery — export packing, documentation, and repeat-order consistency.

Prototypes, small batches and repeat production runs are all supported. Send your drawing for a feasibility review.
